What is the Shipping Credit I see on some items?

The Shipping Credit is a certain amount that will be deducted automatically from your shipping amount. You don't have to do anything else! You will see the deduction at check out. Whenever we have a chance to pass our savings on to our customers, we will do so whenever possible.


Is my credit card transaction safe?

Yes. We use the most up-to-date SSL certificates that enable 256-bit encryption on all of our online transactions.


Will my personal information be shared with anyone?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We value your privacy, and will NEVER sell, lease or rent our customer information to anyone, anywhere, at any time.


Do you ship outside of the USA?

At this time, only our Manual Transmission Warehouse ships internationally. Our retail locations and orders from our webiste (besides the Manual Transmission Warehouse) cannot be shipped internationally. We are working on it however, and will offer international shipping in the future, so please stay tuned!


How long will it take for my order to ship?

We fulfill orders every weekday Monday to Friday (Except Holidays). Orders placed before 3:00PM EST will usually ship out the same day.


Will I be provided with a package tracking number?

Yes, you will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.


How will I know for sure that the item(s) I want to order are correct for my application?

If you are not sure about fitment, you can call and talk to one of our friendly and knowledgeable performance experts before you place your order. Here you will get a true one-on-one session, and we will not pressure you into anything you do not want. Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

Yes, please call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 with your order number. We can cancel the order as long as the item(s) did not ship yet. If your order had shipped already, you will have to pay the shipping fees to and from your destination.


What is the warranty policy on items?

Most parts are covered by the manufacturers' limited warranty, unless specified otherwise, starting from the date of purchase.

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.

Please call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 before you ship them. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them.

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.


What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all factory-packaged items in new condition. Please call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 if you have any questions.

All electrical items not in their un-opened, factory sealed package, are not returnable.

Videos and software not in their un-opened, factory sealed package, are not returnable.

If you placed an order with our Manual Transmission Warehouse, please call (631) 957-9427, (ask for Brian) to facilitate your returns.


What is your return procedure?

Call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 for your RGA number. Once you receive that number, carefully package your item(s) and ship them back to us with the RGA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. For your safety, use a shipping carrier that provides a tracking number. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
