Placing An Order:

You can place an order with us either online, by phone or fax. Simply call our toll free number at 1-800-846-4252 (outside of NY only) or (516) 766-2225 if you are in NY. You can fax orders to us at (516) 678-8150.

Special Orders:

Don't see what you're looking for on our site? Simply call us at 1-800-846-4252 (outside of NY only) or (516) 766-2225 if you are in NY, and we can get it for you. Special orders might require a deposit (depending on the item) which would be a certain percent of the item, depending on the cost. We will keep you informed on the whereabouts of your special orders via phone or email.

Payments Accepted:

We accept all major credit cards through our encrypted secure server online, as well as Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. If you are sending payments to us, please send them to: S-K Speed Online Orders, 273 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, NY 11570. We do not accept company or personal checks at this time.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. Orders placed before 3:00PM EST will usually ship out the same day, pending credit card verification and approval. We will always email you the package tracking number(s), so please make sure you provide us a valid email address. Items will ship from one of our two New York locations.

Returns:

You can return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be brand new in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns on used, modified or damaged parts will not be accepted. Simply call our toll free number at 1-800-846-4252 (outside of NY only) or (516) 766-2225 if you are in NY or by email (AndrewL@skspeed.com) and let us know the reason for the return. We will then issue you an RGA number. Please mark the RGA number as clearly as possible on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner. If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid, no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. Obviously we know things happen, and we can work with you on a case-by-case basis, please contact us right away should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order with us.

Backorders:

If your item is on backorder, you will not be billed (not including special orders) until your item(s) ships. In the event of a backorder, your order will remain "backordered" until we can fullfill it in full to save you additional shipping charges. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges, specify this at the time you place your order and we can accommodate your request. We cannot ship hazardous materials in foreign orders.

Foreign Shipping:

You are responsible for all shipping charges. Depending upon your location and size of the order, different shipping methods are available and you can obtain quotes for the various methods by contacting us at AndrewL@skspeed.com. We do our best to find you the most economical shipping rates without sacrificing quality or reliability.

Air Freight:

Air Freight shipping is similar to truck freight—it’s reserved for oversized items and larger volume orders. Orders are shipped to the nearest international airport, where you are responsible for paying duty, tax, brokerage, etc. A door-to-door Air Freight service may also be available. Please fax or call us for more information on Air Freight orders.

Customs:

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped. Customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Due to additional documentation and possible credit card verification, foreign orders may not ship the same day the order is placed. Foreign orders take an additional amount of processing time due to the necessary documentation that must accompany the orders. Additional information may also need to be obtained by our Credit Card Verifications department prior to shipping an order. We appreciate your understanding and we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
