Terms Of Service


We accept Cash (SK Speed only), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal(skspeed.com only) . We do not accept checks under any circumstances.

Product Warranties:

All parts are warranted directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer, however we will assist in any way we can, such as supplying your invoice (proof of sale) if needed. No liability is assumed for misapplication. All parts sold are for "off road" use.

Damaged Items in during shipping:

We will file a damage claim with the shipper from our end. You will need to do nothing further other than notifying us of the damage within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Please hold on to the damaged merchandise as well as the shipping box it arrived in. We will contact you to let you know how to proceed from there.

Cancelled Orders:

We want to make sure we are taking the correct steps to protect our customers as well as our company. For security purposes, each payment made at skspeed.com is processed through an automatic payment verification system where the order details you entered are compared to those registered to the payment card. In the event that the system cannot verify these details, it will automatically cancel the order.

In most cases, if your order was cancelled, it probably means that there were inconsistencies between your billing and shipping details (typos, address or zip code do not match, location of IP address is different than billing/shipping, etc). Since the verification process is automated, we cannot tell you the exact reason for a cancellation.

Your order has been fully refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Due to the increased amount of fraudulent orders, SK Speed may cancel and refund your order at our sole discretion if any impropriety is suspected.
