You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any merchandise back to us for a refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your order number and merchandise you would like to return. We cannot accept returns of custom ordered items.
No Returns after 30 Days of sale date. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used, installed, or altered in any way. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, factory sealed and un-installed. There will be a minimum 50% inspection, testing and re-certification charge if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. There will be no returns on electrical merchandise or software if it is not factory sealed. Any and all warranty issues will be handled directly by the manufacturer and the end user. Seller assumes no responsibility for misuse or misapplication. Original shipping costs and any applicable bank fees will be deducted from all returns.
If your order included any "special offer free parts", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund (minus shipping charges) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, we will issue you a pre-paid return call tag.
